Located in one of Dubai’s oldest residential areas, this townhouse had undergone a  full renovation by the property owner. The original duplex villa was transformed into a spacious, modern family home with a large loft like ground floor. The full height windows and mostly monochrome colour scheme create a bright and light flooded home.

The interior design was inspired by the client’s art collection of iconic pop-art pieces and treasured personal items that had previously graced his home in London, UK. Being close to one of Dubai’s most iconic beaches the interior takes cues from relaxed beachside homes paired with comfortable family living and classy entertaining areas.

The outdoor space has been designed with the same relaxed yet sophisticated beachside lifestyle in mind.
